Muay Thai involves boxing techniques, hard kicking, and knee and elbow strikes. Low kicks to the thighs are a very distinguishing technique used frequently in Muay Thai. Stand up grappling or clinching is also used and allowed in the ring. Muay Thai practitioners develop a very high level of physical conditioning. Muay Thai is the most effective art style for stand up defense.

Our Kickboxing instructors are all high level performers.  And owner, Aaron Collins, is a Master of Muay Thai “Kru” and a Black Belt in American Kickboxing.  When you train with us, you will be training with the best around.
